Returned items should be received by us within 7 days of your initial notification of your intention to return. We will be unable to consider exchanges or refunds outside this timescale.
All items returned must be in perfect re-saleable condition in order for refunds to be given. If the item returned does not arrive in perfect re-saleable condition, unfortunately we would be unable to offer any refund.
Refunds and exchanges will only be made upon receipt of the item at the return address. We recommend you use Royal Mail signed for to return your items. Any original delivery costs and/or return postage costs will be refunded only if your order is incorrect or faulty.

We will accept it back for a full refund as long as your request to return the item is within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if your request to return the item is more than 30 days from the date of purchase, we would be unable to accept the return.
